it is good to be grateful

for the many, many, many blessings in our lives!!!! What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been - a beautiful whirlwind!!!! Last weekend we had a spectacular weekend in Naples with my parents, sisters and brother-in-law. We stayed at the http://www.naplesgranderesort.com/, which was fantastic - I can't wait to go back for both their Friday happy hour - Vueve for $3 at 3:00pm, and their amazing breakfast buffet - it was GREAT!!!!! And, the kids loved the pool, especially the waterslide!!!

We had great dinner at one of our family's favorite restuarants downtown, http://www.campiello.damico.com/locations/fl_naples.asp

and capped off Sunday morning with family pictures at the beach!

It was a wonderful celebration of all of the joy in our lives!! ;) Thanks to Mom and Dad for having us, and for Kristy, Katy and Troy for flying down!!

We drove back home Monday afternoon, and Tuesday morning, my dear friend, Amy came to see us! And her dog Buster. She is such a ray of light, and I just love spending any minute I can with her!!! Totally love it! And you know Buster is the cutest, when my mom say the video, and didn't comment on how cute her grandkids are, but how cute the dog is!!!!! :) Thanks a million, Amy!!

Amy left us Thursday morning, I had time to change the sheets, clean the kids, then Linc's Mom and Stepdad came to see us Thursday evening! It was a wonderful visit - Linc made his newly famous arugula pizza on the grill - which is SO good! Had breakfast on the beach, Linc and I had some "alone time, like old times" riding our beach cruisers to the beach - and I even got to lay out in the sun! We had bagels at einstiens, played in the yard, and visited with friends at their house for an "Oyseterfest" A lot of fun! Sally just sent me this amazing picture! It was great seeing them! Thanks for coming to see us!!!!

This week is Newell's THIRD (3) birthday (on Wednesday) . . . and I cannot believe he is three!!!!!! I am making him a fire truck cake, and cupcakes for his playshool . . . it is all smiles!

Then next week we are looking forward to heading back to Mimi and Poppy's house! :)
